Holding a BA in Finance and Economics from Prairie View A&M University and an MBA from Texas A&M University, Allison C. Tucker, Jr. is equipped to plan and negotiate in any environment. Tucker’s experience, dynamism and dedication in marketing and promotion are reputable and well defined. With a wealth of experience, professionalism, energy, and tenacity, Tucker is a high-powered manager/advisor with the influence to get things done. He is dedicated to the success of an event from conception to completion. His consulting company focuses on the needs of the client, artist, and event in presenting a quality and affluent adventure in entertainment, hence the name, The Silent Partner. 

In the position of Vice President-Marketing and Promotions for one of the top five promotion companies in the nation, Tucker managed and developed contracts with major market entertainment facilities across the country, thereby articulating budgeting, artist/event settlements, print/radio/TV promotions, and on site sponsorship exposure.  He orchestrated successful deals with Noxzema Skin Fitness; NIKE; Pepsi Cola; Church’s; Seagram’s; ESPN; American Express; Yahoo; SEARS; Proline; Barcardi; Benson and Hedges; the City of Atlanta; MCA/Pace; NFL and NBA Franchise Teams; the City of Dallas; the Urban League and the United Negro College Fund.  His position as Tour/Facilities Accountant and Marketing/Promotions Coordinator at MCA/Pace Amphitheaters has proven valuable in his many entertainment arena accomplishments.

Under Tucker’s creative and innovative touring model, P.Diddy’s “We Invented the Remix Tour” was brought to life. Tucker has produced and coordinated ‘Iconish’ P.Diddy performances and special appearances for various signature events including: MTV Awards, World Dance Music Awards, World Aids Day in Africa, The Jay Leno Show (with Nelly & Murphy Lee) and Super Bowl XXXVIII.
